Skidsteer or farm tractor with a frontloader?

Hi,

I have 10 acres that I am building a house on and I need some kind of frontloader for general work on the project like moving a little dirt around the place, fixing holes in the road, etc.

I would also use it for cleanup and some landscape grading and just general work that you would do during construction and after I live there.

Would a farm tractor frontloader work as well as a skidsteer for what I am going to do?
